Introduction 

1. Melody Merch Hub are an independent retailer of clothing and memorabilia however we do sometimes offer other items.
The terms and conditions will cover orders and payments, shipping and delivery, product information, information on user data and much more.

Acceptance of terms

2. By using this website or purchasing any items you accept the terms and conditions stated in this document. 

Orders and payments

3. Once an order is placed we will aim to dispatch your item within 1 working day however in busy periods it may take longer.
We accept many types of payments which are: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are allowed up to 30 days to request a refund or exchange. Please do this by contacting us.
Please note sometimes we may not be able to exchange an item due to certain products being out of stock. If this is the case you will receive a refund.
Refunds will only be issued when the item has been returned and we have deemed that the item has not been used or tampered with.
If we deem that the item has been used or it is not in its original condition we hold the right to refuse the refund.

Shipping and delivery (Domestic)

4. Any orders under the value of £20 will be sent 2nd class with royal mail. This service does not include tracking and it will usually arrive within 2-5 working days but may take up to 14 days.
Any orders over the value of £20 will be sent via a tracked 48 hour service and should arrive within 2-5 working days however it may take up to 14 days.
All of our postage services are free of charge.
If your item has not arrived within 14 days please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

Shipping and delivery (International)

5. International shipping is calculated by weight. There is a cost to international shipping and it is £10 per 1kg of items. 
The international shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Product information

6. At Bearsue1 T-Shirts & Merch we try to stock all different sizes of clothing and a range of different memorabilia items. We can not guarantee to have certain sizes in stock all the time and if we do not have a certain size or item it will appear out of stock on the website.

Intellectual property 

7. All of our items are bought from official U.K wholesalers who have a license to produce these items. The owner of the copyright of the items is as specified on the item itself and any copying of any of the designs or other features is an infringement on the copyright owner and license holders.

User accounts

8. When registering for an account the user accepts the terms and conditions of the website. The user may receive promotional emails from the company. Please ensure that any information is up to date so that if you do order an item there are no unforeseen issues.

User conduct

9. When using the website please be respectful in any communal spaces for example the contact us section or review sections. Please abide by the laws set in your country and the terms and conditions set here. If any incidents occur we will block the user from using the website.

Liabilities and disclaimers 

10. We can not accept responsibility for delayed postage as once we have dispatched the item it is the responsibility of the courier.
Through this website, you may be able to link to other websites that are not under the control of Bearsue1 T-Shirts & Merch and we can not bear responsibility for any of the content on those sites.
At Bearsue1 T-Shirts & Merch we try our utmost best to provide information that is reliable and up to date but we take no responsibility for any unforeseen issues or problems with the sites or any items. 

Termination of accounts
 
11. If a user is found to have violated any rules on this page we will terminate the account. We will not provide prior warning and your account will be suspended. Moreover, if any user is found spreading hate or using abusive behavior we will again terminate the account.

12. The site user must abide by all laws present in their country while using this site. Any detection of laws will be reported to the authorities and accounts will be suspended.
