Returns
We offer all customers a 30 day return window. If you are not fully satisfied with your order please fill out the form below and we will look to process the return.
You can choose from a refund or exchange (Subject to availability) and once we have received the original item back we will look to process a request.
If a refund is requested we will process the refund within 2 working days once we receive the item. From there it can take 5-7 working days to appear in your bank account. If you have requested an exchange and if we have available stock we will send post the exchange within two working days.
Please note that we can not accept returns or offer exchanges if an item has clearly been used, worn or intentionally damaged.
Return shipping costs for items of the wrong size, style or colour will need to be paid by the customer. This also applies to products which are simply no longer desired upon receipt of item. Melody Merch Hub will cover the return costs if an item has damage or has been sent in error. We advise using tracked shipping when returning an item to ensure that there is no unforeseen postage errors.
